Working a ski season can be a rewarding and unforgettable 5 months. Ski-Val is an independent, family run business with over 30 years experience of specialist ski holidays to the top resorts in the Alps. Many of our guests return to ski with us year after year and providing an excellent level of customer service and care is of the utmost importance to us.

 

This season we will be recruiting approximately 70 staff to work in our chalets and chalet hotels in Val d’Isere, Courchevel and St Anton. We will take into account each individual candidate’s specific skills and experience so we can match them to the resort, team and chalet where we think they’ll be most suited and happy. Our staff our very important to us and we value and look after them, as a result we have low seasonal turnover and welcome many of our team back for multiple seasons.

 

We are looking for motivated individuals who can think on their feet and have endless enthusiasm and energy. Whichever position from Plongeur to Resort Rep we look for the same essential qualities: confidence, diplomacy, initiative, the ability to work hard and a good sense of humour!
