CHALET HOST (CATERING)
The Company
Ski Famille is an independently owned specialist in family ski holidays in the French Alps. We are regularly cited by the press as experts in our field and enjoy high levels of return guests and staff.
The Role
Catering Hosts work in our smaller chalets which typically sleep 8 – 10 guests. You will be responsible for all elements of your guests’ holiday ensuring that they are well fed in a clean and well presented chalet. You will also be the first point of contact for any queries they have during their holiday. You will be providing breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3-course meal, plus a separate children’s tea earlier in the evening, as well as cleaning the chalet daily.
The Person
We don’t insist on formal qualifications but we would like you to have experience of cooking in a commercial environment, or alternatively, a real love of food and cooking. You will need to be organised, well presented and enjoy interacting with the guests. Additionally, you will need to enjoy working in a team and show experience of working in customer facing roles.

UK National Insurance number
Driving Licence (not essential)
