CHALET CHEF
The Company
Ski Famille is an independently owned specialist in family ski holidays in the French Alps. We are regularly cited by the press as experts in our field and enjoy high levels of return guests and staff.
The Role
Our chefs work in our larger chalets and are supported by one or more chalet hosts. It will be your responsibility to manage the kitchen and ensure that all meals are cooked and presented to a consistently high standard. You will be providing breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3-course meal, plus a separate children’s tea earlier in the evening.
The Person
We don’t insist on formal qualifications but many of our chefs will have been professionally trained. If you are not qualified, you will be able to demonstrate cooking experience in a commercial environment and a real passion for food. You will need to be organised, well presented and enjoy interacting with the guests as much as cooking.

Current food hygiene certificate
UK National Insurance number
Driving Licence (not essential)

· One day off per week plus staggered daily duties allowing plenty of free skiing
