We are a small independent ski holiday company now entering its sixth highly successful ski season. We specialize in giving high quality ski holiday accommodation in luxury catered chalets and self chalets apartments all within seconds of the piste. We have properties in four resorts – La Plagne, La Rosiere, Les Sept Laux (near Grenoble) and in Grimentz, Switzerland.
We operate all of our own accommodation and know the ski resorts and accommodation / ski chalets intimately and we expect our staff to be of high caliber, even our cleaners! In return we give a very competitive salary and you get a lot of skiing!
CLEANER/SKI HOST (La Plagne operation and Les Sept Laux)
Job Description
- To prepare and clean apartments operated by Mountain Heaven to a very high standard
- Help in welcoming guests to the properties including giving out keys, taking deposits and answering any questions etc.
- Help provide a ski hosting service on days to be agreed
- Prepare laundry for collection and check back and stack clean laundry
- Prepare linen and cleaning packs prior to guest’s arrival.
- Assist guests to obtain ski equipment, lift passes and book ski lessons etc. if necessary.

- Undertake simple maintenance activities in the apartments as required i.e. change lights bulbs
- Other duties as directed by the Resort Manager or Directors

The job carries a very competitive salary, free accommodation, a food allowance, insurance, travel allowance, equipment, lift pass (paid at the end of the season).
It would be a great advantage for all staff to have the use of a car (not for transporting guests)
