Mountainsun Ltd is a small, privately owned holiday company specialising in winter sports holidays and short breaks.  We are dedicated to providing our guests with an unforgettable ski/snowboard experience – on and off the slopes.  We combine comfortable accommodation with a fun, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.  We have two large chalet hotels in Dolomiti Superski, Italy and E’space Killy, France.  We also have two smaller houses in Paradiski, France which specialise in short breaks.

MANAGER TRAINEE

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR EXPERIENCED CHALET STAFF

If you have successfully completed one or more ski seasons in resort and want to make a career for yourself in the industry we have a fantastic and unique opportunity for you!

We are looking for someone to eventually take over the management of our large chalet hotel in the Italian Dolomites.  To the right person we will offer full management training, very attractive career prospects, a competitive package and a wonderful lifestyle working for a friendly, fun company who are passionate about the mountains.

Initially you would work over the summer in our chalet hotel in Tignes, France in a Housekeeper role.  At the start of the winter season 2009/10 you will go to San Cassiano in the Dolomites and work in a similar role, while being trained to fully take over the reigns for the winter of 2010/11.

This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to further their career in the industry.

Requirements

· To have successfully completed at least one season working for a ski holiday company.
· It is essential you are comfortable working within a close team.
· A flexible “nothing too much trouble” attitude.
· Excellent organisation skills and an ability to work on own initiative.
· Some management or supervisory experience preferred (but not essential).
· If you are able to speak German, Italian or French this would be helpful (but not essential).
