| Select Service Chalet Host/Ski Host couples to provide an outstanding level of food and service to our guests.
This is a unique opportunity to use your culinary skills in the French Alps. Ski Beat is looking for enthusiastic couples or friends with a passion for cooking, at least one of you should have worked as a chef.
For six days a week you’ll provide cooked breakfast, afternoon tea, canapés and a four course evening meal with wine and coffee. You will also be responsible for keeping the chalet clean and tidy at all times whilst caring for guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Please note: This position also requires you (or both of you) to ski host 2 days a week and therefore you must be a confident and experienced skier/boarder.
Experience:
A cooking diploma or ability to cook appetising meals for between 8 and 12 people.
Previous experience within the hospitality industry would be preferable
Skills:
Ability to ski or snowboard to a good level.
Good kitchen hygiene knowledge.
A working knowledge of French, whilst useful, is not essential.
