Resort Manager - France & Austria
You will be responsible for every aspect of the smooth running of the resort. This involves a variety of responsibilities including managing, supporting and motivating your team of staff; setting and maintaining high company standards of service, food and cleanliness; budget management; resort accounts and paperwork; establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers; liasing with Head Office; excellent guest relations; keeping good communication and working well with your own team of Reps to organise ski packs, après ski and generally ensure your resort runs efficiently and successfully.
Skills & Experience:
- You will need to be completely flexible in this role and prepared to lead your team of staff by example.
- Previous experience of working within a similar company.
- Man-management experience.
- Resourceful, reliable and possess the ability to think on your feet and solve problems.
- Must be able to cope well under stress and be highly organised and efficient with accounts and administration.
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to interact with guests, solve any problems and deal with emergencies accordingly.
- Full, clean driving license
- Be able to speak the local language to a very high standard
- Applicants must hold an EU passport and UK National Insurance Number.
