Resort Reps – France & Austria
In this varied and challenging role you will go out of your way to build excellent relationships with your guests from the very start of their holiday. You will be the ‘eyes and ears’ of your Resort Manager in ensuring high standards of customer service are met and maintained in the chalets and it will be your priority that your guests have everything they need to have a fantastic holiday.
Responsibilities include: Greeting guests at airport and overseeing smooth and efficient transfers; organising and selling ski packs; daily contact with your guests, providing excellent customer care and doing your very best to answer queries and solve problems; organising, promoting and managing a weekly après-ski programme; ski leading where permitted; reacting to and dealing with any emergencies; management, motivation and guidance of chalet staff, ensuring the high company standards are being met; liaising with local suppliers; relevant paperwork and accounts; working closely with your Resort Manager to assist in the general smooth running of the resort.
Skills & Abilities
- A love of people, excellent communication skills, friendly, outgoing, confident.
- The ability to think on your feet and solve problems.
- Must be able to cope well under stress and be highly organised and efficient with accounts and administration.
- Previous experience of working in a chalet an advantage, knowledge and appreciation of food and cooking.
- Previous man management and customer service experience
- Intermediate / advanced skier
- Be able to speak the local language to a very high standard
- Full, clean, driving license
- Applicants must hold an EU passport and UK National Insurance Number.
